The flagship of the Kansas Shrine Bowl since its inception is the East-West High School All-Star Football Game.  Other events included, from time to time, are:

Parade- The Shrine Bowl Parade, started in 1974, is the largest annual Shrine parade in Kansas.  It features 70 to 140 Shrine Units from all 5 Kansas Shrine Centers.  The Parade is lead by the 200 piece Kansas Masonic All-State High School Marching Band.  Other elements of the Parade are the All-Star Football Players, the All-Star Cheer Squad, and the All-Star Cross Country runners.

Hospital Screening Clinic- Children with a medical need, that is treaded at Shriners Hospitals for Children, are considered for admission and totally free treatment.  The screening clinics are held to provide an opportunity for a child's parents to explore the possibilities; and the clinics provide an opportunity for the child to be examined by professional medical staff and help determine an admission recommendation.

2 Mile Charity Road Race- This race is open to all with 13 age categories in both genders.  The race is run at the same time and on the same course with the Shrine Bowl All-Star Cross Country Teams.  It finishes on the stadium track during the pre-game ceremonies of the Kansas Shrine Bowl All-Star Football Game.
